1. Fill in your personal information. You can use a nickname for your name and your phone number is optional, but your email address must be real so that we can contact you for your online consultation.
2. Please carefully check each question according to your actual physical condition. You can select multiple options. If it is not related to your illness, you can choose nothing. There is also a message box for a brief supplementary explanation after the checked option of each question.
3. In addition to selecting questions, we also require you to upload a tongue diagnosis selfie taken under natural light and a partial photo of a special condition.

After filling in all the information, you can click the submit button to send the online consultation form. We will usually send the diagnosis report, rehabilitation suggestions, and a 5-day course of treatment prescription to your email within 24 hours (48 hours on holidays) after receiving your free online consultation form.
