Instructions for follow-up visit:

Luyantang TCM Online Consultation: Welcome to choose Luyantang TCM Online Consultation Service. We provide comprehensive and meticulous TCM diagnosis and treatment services to support your health and recovery process.

To facilitate patients to use our follow-up service, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Register as a member from My account in the upper right corner of the webpage or log in directly using your social platform account.

Step 2: Pay the follow-up consultation package fee of US $60 (you can enjoy a full year of TCM consultation services from the date of payment);

Step 3: Click "Start Follow-up" below, fill in the text message, and upload qualified photos. We will usually respond within 2-12 hours (since we are on the west coast of the United States, there may be a time difference with you).

Click the "Start Follow-up" button for each follow-up visit. You will enter the online consultation interface and can start submitting your health questions and uploading relevant medical records or information (if any). Our Chinese medicine experts will provide one-on-one continuous follow-up diagnosis, rehabilitation advice, prescription and drug delivery services based on your condition.
